About Us

TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES, ONE ACT OF KINDNESS AT A TIME

BROOKFIELD KARE Charity Organization BKCO is a not-for-profit and non-political organization founded in March 2022 to contribute tocommunity development across Nigeria. Our mission is emboldened by our commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities, advocating for the well-being of senior citizens, and actively working towards the reduction of poverty. We believe that by fostering an environment of support and equality, we can create a stronger, more resilient community. Our organization is rooted in the principle of gender equality development. We understand that for society to truly flourish, everyone, regardless of gender, must have equal opportunities and rights. This belief directs our programs and initiatives, ensuring that each effort made is a step towards a more balanced and fairer world.

Promoting good health is at the core of what we do. We recognize that a healthy community is a thriving community. Through various health-oriented programs and initiatives, we strive to ensure that individuals have access to the care and information they need to live healthy, prosperous lives. Supporting and encouraging the community educational system is another pillar of our work. Education is the foundation upon which individuals can build brighter futures for themselves and their communities. We are committed to enhancing educational opportunities for all, believing that knowledge is a key driver of progress. Our engagement doesn’t stop with the current generation. Youth training and capacity development are integral to our mission. By investing in the youth, we are not just preparing them for the challenges of today but are equipping them with the skills and knowledge to be the leaders of tomorrow. Our programs are designed to empower young people, providing them with the tools they need to succeed and make meaningful contributions to society.

At BROOKEFIELD, our work reflects our beliefs in equality, health, education, and empowerment. We are dedicated to making a significant, positive impact on the lives of
those we serve, working tirelessly to ensure that no one is left behind in the quest for a better, more equitable world.

Join us in our journey towards making a difference. Together, we can create a future that is bright, inclusive, and full of hope.
